Hiring at Spiria goes through 4 stages:

  • Phone interview.

If we find your application interesting, our recruitment team will reach out to set up an appointment for a telephone interview. This 30-minute informal conversation allows us to get to know each other better and discuss the specifics of the career opportunity at hand. We will also review your career path and discuss your interest in Spiria. Generally, the person who contacts you for a telephone interview will accompany you throughout the selection process. They are your Spiria representative!

  • Technical tests (for relevant jobs).

Mainly for developer positions, we will evaluate your technological skills with tests on the Coding Game platform.

  • Team meeting.

If the first two steps are conclusive, we will invite you to a meeting with a technical expert, one or two of your future colleagues as well as your Spiria representative. In this step, we are looking to explore the potential fit, to review your technical skills and to discuss our possible future together.

  • Our decision and submission of an offer.

After the meeting, the team meets to discuss your application and  to make a decision. Our recruiting team will then contact you to deliver the news, answer any questions and present you with an offer if the decision is positive.
