Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and company culture. Someone who has the eye and the ability to promote the distinctive elements of a company’s culture, and who knows how to use all possible marketing tools to properly position Spiria's employer branding. This is a new position, the person will be called upon to actively participate in the development of the marketing strategy surrounding the employer branding and will be responsible for producing, writing, assembling, and adapting material for the distribution of the employer brand both internally and externally.

As HR Marketing Coordinator at Spiria, you will... 

  • Contribute to the expansion of the employer branding by integrating relevant content on our various digital platforms.
  • Participate in the development of the employer branding strategy through research on our competition and by collecting pertinent data.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of content (text, video, photo, etc.) with our multidisciplinary teams (designers, recruiters, software developers, etc.).
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that encourages candidates to interact with Spiria.
  • Optimize the company's profiles and presence on social media to increase visibility of Spiria's culture.
  • Generate and increase traffic of Spiria’s target candidates.
  • Animate and moderate social media activity.
  • Occasionally offer support by editing and updating content on our website and intranet.
  • Extract data in order to redact various reports and performance indicator tables and provide recommendations.
  • Be on the lookout for new trends and best practices in digital transformation and HR marketing.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • You have a background in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • You have experience (internship or other) in a similar role.
  • You possess knowledge in HR marketing, IT recruitment and/or the software development world.
  • You excel in oral and written communication, in French and English. (Written mainly.)
  • You have an excellent command of the MS Office suite.
  • You have experience using various analytics applications, including Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop.
  • You demonstrate an intellectual curiosity, an analytical mind and a passion for the digital world and its possibilities.
  • You demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service and outstanding candidate experience.
